The terms that govern your use of TrackTicks and the indicator suite.
When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on NinjaTrader 8, for as long as your subscription remains active.
Each license key is machine-locked: it activates on the first computer it is used on and will not run on a second machine at the same time. License keys are personal to your subscription and must not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or distributed. We reserve the right to revoke a license key that we reasonably believe is being shared or used in breach of these Terms.
You do not own the Software. We (or our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights.
TrackTicks is sold as a single all-in-one subscription covering the full indicator suite. Current pricing is shown at checkout (currently a discounted first month followed by the standard recurring monthly price). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until you cancel. We may change subscription pricing from time to time; where required, we will give you reasonable notice before a price change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
You can cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing support@trackticksindicators.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. Your license remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will stop verifying successfully.

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software except where permitted by law; circumvent or attempt to circumvent the license/machine-lock system; use the Software for any unlawful purpose; or resell, rent, lease, or share access to the Software or your license key.
The Software is a charting and data-visualization tool only. It does not generate buy or sell signals, does not predict future price movement, and is not a substitute for your own analysis, judgment, or risk management. Nothing on this site or within the Software constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading futures carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including trading losses, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including for non-payment, license sharing, or attempts to circumvent the licensing system. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
