We collect the information needed to process your subscription and deliver your license: your email address and order details (collected via our payment processor at checkout), and a machine identifier used to enforce one license per machine. We use this information solely to manage your subscription, deliver your license key, provide support, and process billing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
We use trusted third-party providers (including our payment processor, email provider, and hosting provider) to operate TrackTicks. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function, and are subject to their own privacy policies.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@trackticksindicators.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
